Dr. Gareth Loudon
Dr. Loudon is Director and co-founder of the Centre for Creativity Ltd in the UK. The Centre undertakes research, training and consultancy in creativity with the aims of helping individuals and organisations cultivate their own creativity as well as understanding more about what factors and processes affect creativity.
Dr. Loudon has been active in academic and industrial research for the last 25 years and has also taken several research ideas all the way through to commercial products for companies such as Apple, Ericsson and AsiaWorks. Dr. Loudon has several patents and over 50 publications in total. He has won many awards including Best Software Product Award at COMDEX Asia, and for his concept design work from IDSA/BusinessWeek.
Dr Sangeet Bhullar
Sangeet is the Founder and Executive Director of WISE KIDS, a non-profit company promoting Innovative, Positive and Safe internet use through the provision of innovative training programmes, consultancy, research and resource development in the areas of Digital Literacy, Digital Citizenship, Digital Participation and Online Safety.
In her role at WISE KIDS, Sangeet has developed and delivering training programmes, written guidance, advised organisations and spoken at conferences internationally on the topics of Digital Literacy in Education, Digital Citizenship, Digital Participation and Online Safety. Recent work includes leading a large scale research project called Generation 2000 (which was co-funded by WISE KIDS, the Children’s Commissioner for Wales, Logicalis and S4C) on the Digital Media Habits and Digital Literacy of Year 9 pupils across Wales; working with the Ministry of Education in Singapore to review and update their secondary school Cyber Wellness curriculum. Other recent work include film clips for the BBC WebWise site, advising parents and children on safety issues on new media platforms. Sangeet believes strongly in the need for proactive programmes to help young people and professionals develop the digital literacies needed to be effective contributors and participants in the knowledge economy. Sangeet is a member of the Welsh Government Digital Inclusion Management Board, Wales Internet Safety Partnership (which she Chairs), the UK Council for Child Internet Safety and is an Education Advisory Board member of CEOP (the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (part of the National Crime Agency). She is married to a Welshman, and has three children. Prior to June 2002, Sangeet and her family lived and worked for nearly ten years in Singapore. She tweets as @sangeet.
Ms Susan Amy
Originally from the United Kingdom, Susan has 35 years of experience in Southeast Asia in a wide number of educational fields. She is a communication specialist, with special interests in language, interpersonal skills, personality profiling and psychology.
A warmly empathic and insightful trainer, Susan has inspired staff in training and consultancies in the banking, health, insurance, oil and gas and manufacturing sectors, amongst others.
Susan has worked with Singapore’s Ministry of Health, hospitals, clinics and HQ of NHGP. She has trained nursing instructors with the National Institute of Education and coached doctors in interpersonal and clear speech skills.
Besides her diverse experience, Susan has a degree in English Literature from Goldsmiths College, London, a Royal Society of Arts Diploma in Teaching English and a master’s in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK. She is MBTI and Firo-B certified and a certified positive psychology coach.
Mr Prem Anand
Prem has a wide experience in training and consulting in areas such as quality assurance and quality control, statistical process control, process capability, measurement system analysis and as an auditor for quality management systems.
He successfully set up a new factory and realised profitability and staff motivation in a very short time. He also turned around an existing unprofitable company and changed it to be profitable within 3 months. Besides these, Prem is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has achieved great success in cost saving and streamlining for businesses.
His business acumen does not overshadow his personability. Prem has a charismatic training presence and the ability to motivate staff to excel in supporting their company.
Prem holds a master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from Asia e University (M’sia) & a certified MBA from Oxford Business School (UK). He is currently preparing his PhD in business theory.
Ms.Jasmel Kaur (Jessie)
Jasmel Kaur (Jessie) has more than 30 years experience in education and training gained through various administrative, executive and managerial positions held in the education, manufacturing, service and hospitality sectors. She graduated with an MBA in Human Resource Management majoring in Training and Development from Brunswick University. She has been a lecturer at the Wawasan Open University for more than 6 years. She has planned, designed and conducted several general development programs for Corporate clients In-House and Public Courses comprising Stress and Time Management, Front Office Skills, Customer Service Relations, and Business English Communication programmes. She is also a Certified Trainer (‘train the trainer‘) with the Human Resource Development Board (PSMB) of Malaysia.

Ir. Yogan Kathaperumal is a Principal Electrical Engineer. He graduated with Dip. Elect. Power (UTM), BSc. Elect. (SDSU, USA ), Master In Engineering Management (UNITEN). He is also qualified as ASEAN Eng., APEC Eng. , Int. Eng. , P.Eng. BEM , MIEM, IEEE.
Ir. Yogan Kathaperumal has worked in electrical industry for the last 28 years with experience in power plant, electrical reticulation design, system operation and equipments maintenance. He has successfully conducted electrical safety and training for SHELL technical staffs.
IR Yap Chee Wah
IR Yap, P.ENG, MIEM is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He has more than 10 years of experience in the electrical consultancy field.
IR Yap is experienced in housing, commercial, SREP and Feed-In-Tariff (F.I.T.) projects of different sizes and complexities. Examples of projects involved are Mixed Township Development at Bdr. Bkt. Beruntung, Government Office Building Lot 5G2 Putrajaya, UiTM Jengka Pahang, 1MW & 3.2MW Power Generation by Landfill Gas at Bkt. Tagar, Electrical Cabling Works Identification and Related tests of Existing Electrical Installation for Data Centre at Affin Bank.
He has extensive experience in the design, installation, testing and commissioning and operating of both LV 11kV and 33kV distribution and transmission networks. His involvement includes but is not limited to tendering & bidding, contract management, engineering & project management, construction, procurement, quality assurance, factory acceptance test, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
IR Yap has conducted public and in-house training courses and sessions in the field of electrical engineering on topics such as electrical wiring system, electrical engineering for non-electrical engineers and electrical safety to participants from the private as well as the government sector.
Mr. Soh Beng Hock
Auditor, Consultant, Trainer. Mr Soh Beng Hock (born 1961), our quality and environmental management systems specialist, graduated with a Physics Degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1984.
He has a wealth of experience in quality assurance and quality management systems working in 5 different countries, as well as environmental management system in 2 countries.
Mr. Soh started his career as a Process Engineer with SGS-Thomson in Malaysia in 1984 and subsequently joined PCI Limited in Singapore as a Quality Engineer. He then spent four years with Philips Singapore as a QA Engineer in their RF/TV Tuner factory. In total, he worked 9 years in Singapore from 1987 to 1996.
Prior to coming back to Malaysia, he was with Asian Business Consultants for 3 years as Consultant and later as Country Manager (Singapore) in ISO 9000 & ISO 14000. Mr Soh was the QA Manager with Armstrong Industries, where he was responsible for the successful installation of ISO 9000 Quality Management System managing the project as Internal Consultant, Trainer, and Project Manager.
Mr Soh has carried out consultancy, training and auditing work for ISO 9000 in industries like Manufacturing (more than 28 years), Construction (more than 18 years), Design (more than 12 years) and Service (more than 22 years in 4 countries, mainly Malaysia, Singapore, Australia as well as New Zealand.
He was trained for a month in March1999 in Stockholm, Sweden in Advanced ISO 14000 EMS by SIS Forum AB (Swedish Standards Institution) to provide Environmental Management System consultancy and training.
In the past, he held the position as Certification Auditor in conducting ISO 9000 Certification Audit for six certification bodies for audit in 4 countries, Malaysia, Singapore, China & Vietnam.
Mr Soh is dedicated to the promotion and installation of quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 respectively), He combines his practical background in a wide variety of industries with his well-developed interpersonal relationship skills.
Mr Sukumaran Kenath Nair is qualified in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and Industrial First Aid. He is a paramedic formerly attached to the Accident and Emergency Department of Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru. He was also the acting head paramedic of the department from 2001 to 2003.
He was also attached to the Infection Control unit of Hospital Sultanah. He has given talks on various topics like prevention of Hepatitis, HIV, SARS, H1N1. Healthy life style, dangers of smoking and other health prevention lectures.
His recent attachment was with International Murphy Oil Corporation (M) Sdn.Bhd. as a flight paramedic.
He carries with him about 31 years in emergency medical, especially in emergency response, preventive and therapeutic emergency management.
To date, our trainer has conducted over 20 safety (First Aid & CPR) trainings at various hotels in Malaysia over the span of his professional career.
His strong dedication in saving lives has given him the drive to devote himself to train the public and the hospitality industry in saving lives.
His training methods are very innovative, mostly practical based and tailor-made for the industry with maximum involvement of the participants.
